P204 Selective extraction of extractants

P204 extractant has the ability to selectively extract some metal ions under a specific pH environment. The purpose of separating and removing impure metal ions can be achieved by controlling the pH environment of the extraction reaction.

The P507 extractant has a selective extraction ability for cobalt under a specific pH environment. By controlling the pH environment of the extraction reaction, the extraction ability of the P507 extractant for other metal ions can be inhibited, thereby achieving the purpose of extracting, separating and purifying cobalt.

Nickel Enrichment by P507 Extractant

The nickel ions in the solution were extracted using P507 extractant, and the extraction of sodium ions and the like was suppressed by optimizing the pH value environment of the extraction reaction, thereby enriching the nickel ions in the solution.

As an efficient extractant for separating nickel from other impurity metal ions, C272 can adjust the pH environment of the extraction reaction to remove impurity metal ions while retaining nickel ions, thus achieving the purpose of purifying nickel solutions.

Resource Utilization Rate

The leaching section adopts both medium leaching and acid leaching processes. Under the condition of obtaining qualified leaching solution and residue, it also takes into account the cost control. The purification is carried out in sections, which enables the effective separation of carbon black residue, copper residue and iron-aluminum residue. Copper is recovered in the form of cuprous sulfide, which is more economically valuable and easier to filter compared with copper sulfide residue.

Production Efficiency

By means of continuous medium leaching and acid leaching, the control of intermediate processes has been reduced, and the product quality has become more stable.

Product Quality

By adopting reasonable process design, selecting appropriate number of stages for each section, and designing the reflux section of the extraction box for reverse washing, high-quality battery-grade nickel sulfate and cobalt sulfate solutions can be obtained.

Operating Environment

All reaction vessels are equipped with exhaust ducts, and the stirring is water-sealed. The feeding system is conveyed through pipelines, etc. The operating environment of the workshop is good. The stirring system of the extraction and mixing tank adopts the form of water-sealing or mechanical sealing. The clarification tank is welded and sealed. The manhole cover plate adopts static water sealing, and the observation hole cover plate is water-sealed. The gas leakage is minimized as much as possible. Each set of extraction tank is also provided with an exhaust port, and each storage tank is also provided with an exhaust port. All exhaust ports are connected by air ducts.

Product Superiority

The extraction constant-temperature system adopts the method of static mixer + plate heat exchanger, which not only meets the requirements of cooling or heating but also takes into account the convenience of operation. The clarification tank adopts multiple ring-shaped grids instead of the traditional flat plate grids, resulting in better clarification effect and greatly enhanced structural strength. Structures such as T-shaped threaded regulators and the combined structure of the cross-shaped feed inlet have been adopted. On the basis of facilitating the operation of employees, the phenomenon of air blockage has been improved. The product liquid of nickel sulfate, cobalt sulfate and manganese sulfate adopts the oil removal method of air flotation + resin, which can stably treat the oil to within 1 ppm and does not generate a large amount of activated carbon solid waste. The service life and comprehensive cost are lower.
