Precautions during transportation of polypropylene storage tanks

When transporting, pay attention to the following points:

 1. Be careful in operation to prevent tools, scaffolding or other sharp objects from hitting the plastic storage tank equipment. Operators should wear soft-soled shoes when entering polypropylene tank equipment. When using the ladder, the contact parts with the plastic anti-corrosion equipment should be extended to prevent the surface from being scratched or partially overloaded.

2. When hoisting polypropylene storage tank equipment, it is recommended to use high-strength cloth belts or hoisting cables (diameter over 25mm) to hoist the hoisting ring at the top of the tank. When adjusting the tank position with a fork or a lift truck, it is recommended that the fork be padded.

3. The equipment is not allowed to be stacked on other objects, so as not to cause uneven stress on the structural part and the interior of the plastic storage tank equipment.

4. In order to avoid the swing out of control when the polypropylene storage tank equipment is lifted, a guide rope should be tied on the top of the storage tank to exchange positions.
