This project adopted a turnkey project of overall outsourcing. Our team was responsible for providing the overall project design, manufacturing, testing, technical guidance, installation, commissioning, transportation, and after-sales service, etc. It still falls within our company’s main business of hydrometallurgy.Taking the ternary battery black powder after low-temperature roasting as the raw material, through the methods of continuous multi-stage leaching and segmented solvent extraction, battery-grade cobalt sulfate and nickel sulfate solutions were obtained.

The battery recycling and processing line for More Than 100 tons of batteries designed by our company for this client, which processes battery waste materials into battery precursor materials, has been operating very smoothly so far. This has laid the foundation for future cooperation. This experience has greatly inspired our company, and our team has been making progress and continuously gaining recognition.
