TYIC provides metal extraction equipment and technical services. The design scope includes the layout of the extraction equipment, the structural design of the extraction tank, and the selection/design of the new tubular mixer. Currently, it provides more than 50 sets of equipment and has received favorable comments from the customer.
The equipment design, manufacturing, and subsequent maintenance provided by TYIC for clients have the following advantages:
1) Good operating environment:
An external tubular mixer is used to replace the traditional mixing chamber. The stirring adopts mechanical sealing, and its sealing effect far exceeds that of ordinary water sealing. The clarification tank is welded and sealed, and the manhole cover plate and the operation opening adopt static water sealing to minimize gas overflow as much as possible.
2) Product advantages:
A pipeline mixer is used to replace the traditional mixing chamber, which has a small floor area, reduces the tank filling volume by about 20%, halves the power consumption, and greatly reduces the noise and vibration, etc. By adopting structures such as multiple sets of annular grilles, laminar flow plates, aggregation plates, and T-shaped thread regulators, the clarification efficiency is increased to more than 30% higher than that of the traditional one, and it is also convenient for employees to operate.
3) Rich project management experience:
The company has a project management team of 10 people, who have more than 10 years of practical experience in extraction operations. It has great advantages in aspects such as installation, training, and debugging.
4) Strong processing capacity:
The company’s headquarters has a powerful design team and a complete processing center. It can refine the materials, design the plates with specified dimensions, and uniformly process and form the small plates in advance, thus shortening the on-site manufacturing and installation time.
