PPH/HDPE Equipment includes corrosion-resistant machinery and components fabricated from polypropylene homopolymer (PPH) or high-density polyethylene (HDPE). These materials excel in harsh chemical environments, offering durability, lightweight design, and cost-effectiveness. Common equipment types:

  • PPH/HDPE Tanks & Reactors
  • Piping Systems & Fittings
  • Lining Systems for Steel Structures
  • Custom Fabrications (e.g., scrubbers, ducting, valves).

Key Advantages

  1. Chemical Resistance
Withstands acids (HCl, H2SO4), alkalis, salts, and organic solvents (pH 1–14).
  2. Impact & Abrasion Resistance
HDPE’s high tensile strength and PPH’s rigidity ensure longevity in abrasive media (e.g., slurries).
  3. Low Maintenance
Immune to rust, scaling, and electrolytic corrosion.
  4. Lightweight & Easy Installation
50–70% lighter than steel, reducing structural support costs.

Applications

  • Chemical Storage: HCl, NaOH, and solvent tanks.
  • Water Treatment: Chlorination systems, sludge tanks.
  • Mining: Leaching reactors, acid-resistant pipelines.
  • Food & Pharma: FDA-compliant storage vessels.

When to choose PPH vs. HDPE?

PPH: Preferred for high-temperature applications (up to 100°C/212°F) and rigid structures (e.g., large tanks, thick-walled pipes).

  • HDPE: Better for flexible, impact-resistant systems (e.g., underground pipelines, liners) and lower temps (up to 60°C/140°F).

How are PPH/HDPE tanks fabricated?

Via hot-gas extrusion welding or rotational molding for seamless, leak-proof joints. For large tanks (e.g., 50m³), we use modular panel welding with dual-track bead technology to ensure uniform stress distribution.
